We deploy the technical controls (encryption, access management, audit logging, breach detection) and work alongside your privacy counsel for the policy and consent workflow. Our late-shift rotation covers Dubai morning hours (which is late evening US East Coast). We typically respond within minutes during the Dubai morning business window and via on-call rotation for afternoon and evening incidents. Most Dubai clients also reach us through a shared Slack or Teams channel that we monitor across shifts. For round-the-clock needs we can scope a managed-IT retainer with explicit SLAs.
